Our Team

We are a volunteer-based organization with a passionate team of nine board members, each with a unique skill set and expertise. With backgrounds in law enforcement, fire service, medical and technical fields, conservation specialists, and more. We are dedicated professionals who have come together to achieve our vision of supporting and promoting our natural habitats, wildlife, field sports, and outdoor recreational opportunities.

Retired corporate executive; prior Law Enforcement. NRA firearms instructor; Avid hunter/outdoorsman and lifelong member of the NRA and RMEF. Member and trail groomer of the Washburn Snowmobile club.

Background in Organizational Management; Career in Public Safety; Memberships; NRA Life of Duty; Audubon Society and member of the Washburn and Presque Isle Snowmobile clubs.

S. Wetherbee

With a background in Organizational Management and a career in Public Safety, she is a member of S.A.M., NRA Life of Duty, and a past member of the Maine Police Canine Assoc. She enjoys snowmobiling and UTV activities in her free time.

G. Richards

Certified NRA range safety officer and instructor for pistol, rifle, and shotgun. She is passionate about promoting women's shooting sports and currently leads the Women On Target program.

Hunter Safety and NRA instructor since 2014. Certified to teach Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun and Personal Protection in the Home. Dedicated to helping others learn to safely enjoy all the Maine outdoors has to offer.

A lifelong Presque Isle, Maine resident, Class of 2009 PIHS, and Active outdoorsman sharing his love for the outdoors with his wife and children. Works in the family business; Cook Florist. He will be involved in helping organize our youth programs.

Hunter, gun enthusiast, hiker. Member of the Sportsman's Alliance of Maine. You’ll often find TJ at the range or exploring Maine’s beautiful trails.

Culminating her appreciation for the outdoors, office skills, educational background, and strife to finish projects gives her great personal satisfaction. Involved with several organizations and focused on building a strong community.

Past interests; being a senior leader at Job Corps, snowboard instructor, and trail master for an ATV club. He is currently a cable technician and enjoys mechanical and technical pursuits. He has a passion for outdoor activities and community-involved projects.
